Our Story
HOW IT STARTED
In 2020, co-founders Zahra Shah and Hamza Hassan left their successful careers in corporate banking and private equity to acquire the world-renowned bubble tea franchise, Yifang Fruit Tea, in London. After two years of operating the franchise, they saw an opportunity to launch the UK’s first virtual brand offering bubble tea, desserts, and food designed for easy operation from existing restaurant, cafe, and coffee shop facilities. Since then, they have opened several successful locations across London and are continuing to expand throughout the UK.
GROWTH
Zahra and Hamza realize that many food operators in the UK have excess capacity. Their objective is to assist these operators in generating additional income by making use of their existing facility and resources. As food operators themselves, they understand the unique needs of the industry. They have crafted brands, streamlined operations, and developed a business model that promotes growth.
